MYO Taco Shells

1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix all together with hand beater. Pour 1/4 cup into a hot greased skillet and fry like pancakes. Fold & Use as taco shell. To make them crispy, cook as directed, fold and bake for a couple minutes at 375F.
