Seasoned Noodle Mix

Seasoned Noodle Mix (Like the packets you buy)

2 T chicken bouillon granules
2 T dried parsley flakes
1 T dried minced onion
¼ tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a med size ziploc bag and shake well. Store until needed.

To Use:
Pour 2 cups of (uncooked) Noodles in a greased 9×9 baking dish. Pour the following over the Noodles:
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1¼ cups boiling water
1 1/2 Tbsp. Seasoning Mix

Bake, Covered, at 350° for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, stir. Bake an additional 5 if needed. Or cook on the stovetop the usual way.

  2. got a question, is the water surpose to cover the noodles? i made these last night, they turned out great, but i had trouble figuring out measurement for the noodles, measuring cups don’t work with noodles. i’d appreciate any feedback, thanks

  3. thanks for the input, i figured out a system for measuring the noodles, i bought a box of hamburger helper, dumped the noodles in a sandwich bag and marked it with a blk marker! now all i do is line up my sandwich bags and mark them for the noodles for seasoned noodles and hamburg helper! done deal!
