i made this tonight for dinner; the noodles were so savory and flavorful! and i have an extra batch of the mix for another night. i love these mix recipes!
got a question, is the water surpose to cover the noodles? i made these last night, they turned out great, but i had trouble figuring out measurement for the noodles, measuring cups don’t work with noodles. i’d appreciate any feedback, thanks
no, it’s not really suppose to cover the noodles. That’s why you need to cover it tight.
thanks for the input, i figured out a system for measuring the noodles, i bought a box of hamburger helper, dumped the noodles in a sandwich bag and marked it with a blk marker! now all i do is line up my sandwich bags and mark them for the noodles for seasoned noodles and hamburg helper! done deal!
