2 c Small white pea beans
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1 Bay leaf
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 T. Dry Mustard
Measure all ingredients into a med ziploc bag, shake to combine, seal & label.
To Use:
2 slices Bacon; Chopped
4 3/4 c Water
3/4 c Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tb Dark molasses
1 pk Bean mix
Dump all ingredients into a Crockpot for 10-12 hours on low heat. (Stir occasionally, Remove Bay Leaf prior to serving)
