Whole Wheat Mushroom Sauce Mix
1/2 oz (2/3c) dried mushrooms
1 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tb Salt
1 ts Nutmeg
2 tb Nutritional yeast
Crush half the mushrooms. Then combine all ingredients into a ziploc bag, shake, seal until ready to use.
Makes 3 3/4 cups mix.
Medium Sauce:
6 tb Whole wheat mushroom sauce Mix
1 c Water
Thick Sauce :
3/4 c Mix
1 c Water
