Casserole Seasoning Mix

1 1/4 ts Black pepper
3 tb Onion powder
1 tb Garlic powder
5 ts Salt
2 tb Dried parsley flakes
1 2/3 c Non-fat dry milk powder
1/3 c Chopped dry onions
3 1/3 tb Beef bouillon granules

Combine dry spices and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar). Measure all into a ziploc bag, seal & shake to combine. Pour into a spice jar or bottle. Makes a Lovely Gift.

Do not freeze.

  1. love this idea of mixing a bunch of herbs and spices together. my question is this. if you already have onion powder in the mix, why does the recipe also add dried onions?
