Sugar-free gelatin is an easy, delicious snack or dessert that you can make in just a few minutes. The wonderful thing about this recipe is that it can be made in a multitude of flavors, just by swapping out the kool-aid flavor.
If you follow a keto dietary plan, you can easily make your own keto friendly sugar-free jello by using a keto approved sweetener in place of the splenda. Use this handy sugar equivalents chart to choose the appropriate substitute. Ten splenda packets equals 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of sugar.
MYO: Sugar Free Jello
You’ll Need:
2 packets of Knox gelatin
1 packet of your favorite flavor Kool-Aid
2 cups of water
10 Splenda packets or Equivalent of your Favorite Sweetener Substitute
Put 2 packets gelatin into a cup of cold water, let it sit for 2 minutes to soften.
Add 1 cup boiling water and stir. Mix in Kool-Aid and Splenda until dissolved. Refrigerate until set. If you’d prefer, pour the liquid gelatin into decorative containers or molds.
