Sugar-free gelatin is an easy, delicious snack or dessert that you can make in just a few minutes. The wonderful thing about this recipe is that it can be made in a multitude of flavors, just by swapping out the kool-aid flavor.

If you follow a keto dietary plan, you can easily make your own keto friendly sugar-free jello by using a keto approved sweetener in place of the splenda. Use this handy sugar equivalents chart to choose the appropriate substitute.  Ten splenda packets equals 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon  + 1 teaspoon of sugar.
