In the mood for something sweet? Make your own sugar-free Chocolate Nut Clusters for a little treat or as a lovely addition to a gift basket.
1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 cup walnuts — (or pecans or Almonds)
1 tablespoon butter
2 packages artificial sweetener
2 cupcake papers
In a small glass bowl, melt chocolate in microwave (30 seconds, stir, then 30 seconds, stir, repeat until melted), add butter and stir until fully combined and smooth. Add the Equal, stirring well, add the nuts and stir well to make sure all of the nuts are coated in chocolate.
Divide the chocolate mixture into the 2 papers and put into the freezer for 15 minutes until set.
Variation Idea:
Add 1 Tbs Cream to the chocolate to give it a “Milk Chocolate” flavor, if you prefer
