Make your own almond pancake mix to have on hand for a fast, easy breakfast!
3 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
2 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Almonds, Finely Ground
2/3 cup Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
Measure all ingredients into a large bowl, blending well.
Measure 2 1/2 c pancake mix into each of 3 bags.
To use:
1 bag of pancake mix
1 ¼ cups water
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
