Almost Emeril`s Essence

Almost Emeril’s Essence Seasoning Mix

2 1/2 TB paprika
2 TB salt
2 TB garlic powder
1 TB black pepper
1 TB onion powder
1 TB cayenne pepper
1 TB dried Oregano
1 TB dried thyme

Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
Measure all into a ziploc bag, seal & shake to combine.
Use on fish, meat before baking, braising or grilling

  1. i made the almost emiril’s creole seasoning and this almost emiril’s essence as well.
    upon printing out both recipes and taping them to my jars, i noticed both recipes are exactly the same.

    • I made the Almost Emiril’s Creole Seasoning and this Almost Emiril’s Essence as well.
      Upon printing out both recipes and taping them to my jars, I noticed both recipes are exactly the same.

      >Oh! So sorry about that, Emeril’s Seasoning is actually called

      “Emeril’s Essence Seasoning (it’s his Creole Blend)”

      Some people search for Emerils Essence, while others search for Emerils Creole, so I put both on there so it could be found regardless.
