All purpose Spice Rub

All Purpose Spice Rub Mix

1/2 C. chili powder
3 T. onion powder
2 T. cumin
3 T. paprika
1 1/2 T. garlic powder
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. lemon zest
1/4 C. hickory flavored salt

Measure all into a ziploc bag, seal & shake to combine.
Use on fish, meat before baking, braising or grilling
