African Special Curry Powder Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 Lb Coriander
1/4 Lb Cumin
1/2 Lb Fenugreek
2 Oz Mustard seeds
1/4 Lb Poppy seed
1/4 Lb Bay leaves
2 Tb Cardamom
2 Tb Cloves
2 Tb Peppercorns
Spread spices on large cookie sheet (with 1/2″ sides), Crisp.
Grind dry spices to a fine powder and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar)
