Stuffing Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup celery flakes
1/2 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup leaf sage
1/4 cup marjoram
1/4 cup savory
1/4 cup thyme
To use,
Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons Stuffing Seasoning with
2 quarts day-old bread crumbs
1 beaten egg, salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped sautéed in 1/4 cup butter.
water to desired moistness

Turkey Stuffing Seasoning Mix
Ingredients
- ½ cup celery flakes
- ½ cup parsley flakes
- ½ cup leaf sage
- ¼ cup marjoram
- ¼ cup savory
- ¼ cup thyme
Instructions
- Measure the celery flakes, parsley flakes, sage, marjoram, savory, and thyme into a medium bowl.
- Stir until the herbs are evenly combined.
- Transfer the seasoning mix to a clean airtight jar or spice container.
- Label and store in a cool, dark, dry place.
- To use, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons seasoning mix with 2 quarts day-old bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg, salt and pepper, and 1 small onion sautéed in 1/4 cup butter. Add water to desired moistness.
