Tunisian Seasoning Mix

1 Tbs. coriander seed
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. curry powder

Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
