Szechwan Peppercorn Salt

Szechwan Peppercorn Salt Mix

1/4 cup Szechwan peppercorns
1/2 cup coarse or Kosher salt

Combine ingredients in a skillet and toast over moderate heat until salt turns off white. Grind in a spice grinder or food processor.

Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar) or spice jar.
