Pepper Mill Combo Mix
1/2 c Muntok white pepper corns
1/2 c Malabar green peppercorns
1/4 c Red pepper flakes
1 c Tellicherry or Malabar black peppercorns
2 T. Cumin ( optional) for a spicy kick
Combine all ingredients and store in a pepper mill until ready to use.
Liss Notes: This time of year you can often purchase varieties of peppercorns VERY cheaply. I was able to pick up a couple of the “Mills” and fill them with this blend to add to gift baskets. They make a lovely addition (Look Expensive) but are very cheap to make.
