MYO onion or garlic powder by grinding minced dried
onions or garlic in a spice or coffee mill.

Onion Salt

2 tb Dried onion
1 tb Unrefined coarse salt

Powder!
Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
