Mexican Seasoning Mix
1 c Minced dried onion
2/3 c Beef bouillon
1/3 c Chili powder
2 Tbs. Cumin
4 Tsp. Ground peppers
4 Tsp. Oregano
2 Tsp. Garlic powder
Measure all ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake well. Use 3 T. mix and 1/2 cup water for each pound of meat used.
