Mexican Seasoning Mix
1 c minced dried onion
2/3 c beef bouillon
1/3 c chili powder
2 tb cumin
4 ts ground peppers
4 ts oregano
2 ts garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
Use 3 T. mix and 1/2 cup water for each lb meat
