Liss’ Hot Seasoning Mix
You’ll Need:
4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp dark or light brown sugar
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
I used this one as a dry rub for a pork roast I got on sale the other day. It was a bit spicy, as the name would clearly indicate, but it offered a decent depth of flavor. I think it would be good on roasted or grilled potatoes too.
