German Seasoning Mix

Combine the following in a blender until fine powder:

16 whole juniper berries
1 teaspoon dried Cascade hops
1 teaspoon mushroom powder
4 teaspoons dried chives
2 teaspoons horseradish powder (wasabi)
2 teaspoons caraway powder
8 teaspoons dried marjoram
2 teaspoons white pepper

Add:
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar) or spice jar.
