MYO Garlic Powder Mix
Remove the skin from garlic cloves, cut the cloves into thin slices, and dry them thoroughly at room temperature.
After the garlic slices have dried, pulverize them in the blender, or cover them with a piece of plastic wrap and pound with a hammer. Or use a mortal and pestle.
Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar) or spice jar.
