Chili Seasoning Mix
2/3 cup flour
3 1/2 cups minced dry onions
1 1/4 – 2 cups chili powder (depends on your tastes)
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 cup dried minced garlic
red pepper flakes to taste
3 Tbsp. oregano
Combine the following in a Crockpot:
2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup chili seasoning mix
1/2 to 1 pound cooked, scrambled ground beef
5 to 6 cups cooked beans (your favorite)
1 chopped onion
