Pecan Cookie Mix
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c finely chopped pecans
1 c crisp rice cereal
3/4 c flour mixed with 1/2 t baking soda and 1/2 t baking powder
(Makes 3 1/2 cups)
Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.
(Recipe fits in a 1 Quart Jar)
Recipe Tag Directions:
Combine the following until well blended:
1 Pkg Mix1 stick soft butter
1 egg slightly beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Shape the dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place 2″ apart on greased cookies sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
YIELD: 3 Dozen Cookies
