Molasses Cookie Mix
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
Measure all ingredients into a Ziploc Bag. Shake well to blend. Transfer to vacuum seal bag and seal.
To Use:
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1 pkg. Molasses Cookie Mix
Blend wet ingredients until smooth, add mix, beat well until forms a soft dough. Roll into balls and press gently on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake at 375F for 9-11 minutes
