Crunchy Toffee Cookie Mix
2/3 cup toffee chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted and cooled completely
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.
(Recipe fits in a 1 Quart Jar)
Recipe Tag Directions:
Combine the following until well blended:
1 Pkg Mix
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
