Craisins Cookie Mix in a Jar

Craisins Cookie Mix in a Jar

2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries (Craisins)
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted and cooled
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup baking mix (Jiffy, Bisquick,Quick Mix)
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup baking mix
Layer in a Jar or vacuum seal bag.

Attach following recipe to the jar:
1 Craisins cookie mix
1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all until well blended. Roll into balls & place on greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
Makes 2-1/2 dozen cookies.
