Create fantastic cookies chock full of chocolate chips and tasty pecans in just a couple of minutes with this delicious Cowboy Cookie Mix in a jar!
This one is an oldie, but a goodie!

You’ll Need:
1 1/3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or alternatively, if you’re just making a few cookie mixes to have on hand for your own family, simply measure the ingredients into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal. (The above list makes 1 complete Jar or 1 Pkg of Mix)

Recipe Tag Directions:
Combine the following until well blended:
1 Pkg Mix
1 stick butter melted
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Shape into balls the size of walnuts place 2 inches apart on sprayed baking sheets.
Bake at 350ºF for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
