Cornflake Cookie Mix

1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups corn flake cereal

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc,
or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.

Recipe Tag Directions:

Whip 3 egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract; add pkg of mix and continue to stir until blended.

Drop teaspoons of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F.
