1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups corn flake cereal

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc,
or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.

Recipe Tag Directions:

Whip 3 egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract; add pkg of mix and continue to stir until blended.

Drop teaspoons of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F.

  2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F when ready to bake.
  3. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the whipped egg whites.
  5. Add the full package of mix and stir until blended.
  6. Drop the dough by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
