Applesauce Cookie Mix

1 cup brown sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal..

Recipe Tag Directions:
Whip 3/4 cup of butter or shortening until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup applesauce and beat until mixed. Gradually stir in mix.

Drop teaspoons of dough on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 – 12 minutes at 350 degrees F.
