Sesame Seed Muffin Mix
Use A-B-C Muffin Mix Base
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cup Water
5 1/2 cups muffin mix
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
Before baking, top with mix of:
1/2 cup nuts
4 Tb. brown sugar
4 Tb. sesame seeds
2 Tb. flour
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
The batter should be slightly lumpy.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown.
Muffins freeze well.
To reheat frozen muffins, microwave on high for 30 seconds per muffin.
Makes 24 Regular size muffins, or 12 Extra Large

- Preheat the oven and line or grease the muffin tins.
- In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, vanilla, oil, water, A-B-C muffin mix base, and 1 cup toasted sesame seeds just until combined. The batter should remain slightly lumpy.
- Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
- In a small bowl, combine the nuts, brown sugar, 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.
- Cool completely before storing or freezing.
