4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cup Water
5 1/2 cups muffin mix
3 tsp. rum extract or 3 Tbsp. rum

Before baking, top with mix of:
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

The batter should be slightly lumpy.
