Notes

Estimated prep time is based on measuring, mixing, and filling pans because the original recipe did not provide a clock time.
If using a 15-ounce can of pure pumpkin, you will have about 1 3/4 cups rather than a full 2 cups.
Store cooled muffins in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 days, refrigerate up to 4 days, or freeze up to 3 months for best quality.
Reheat frozen muffins in the microwave on high for 30 seconds per muffin.
Dry A-B-C Muffin Mix shelf life is estimated at up to 6 months in an airtight container stored in a cool, dry place.
