Peanut Butter & Jelly Muffin Mix
Use A-B-C Muffin Mix Base

4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cup Water
5 1/2 cups muffin mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. drop 1 Tb. any flavor jam into each muffin before baking Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line or grease muffin tins.

  3. Stir in the A-B-C Muffin Mix base, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts just until combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
  4. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.
  5. Drop 1 tablespoon of jam into the center of each muffin.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
