Bran Molasses Muffin Mix
Use A-B-C Muffin Mix Base

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine the following
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water
1 cup oil
1/2 c. molasses
3 cups muffin mix
4 c. bran cereal
1 c. raisins

The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown.

Muffins freeze well.
To reheat frozen muffins, microwave on high for 30 seconds per muffin.

Makes 24 Regular size muffins, or 12 Extra Large

  1. i made the abc muffin mix with half all-purpose flour, and half whole wheat flour. i then followed the instructions to make the bran molasses muffins. the bran cereal that i used is all-bran.

    the muffins are very good!

    i froze them and take out what i want, and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds. i recommend this muffin, especially for all of us who are concerned about getting enough fiber.
