  1. hi just wondering what the portion size on these are? ie. how many muffins would one of these mixes make?

we have a larger family so that’s important 🙂 thanks for the ideas!

  2. sfaturi foarte utile ,retete minunate – felicitari!!!

(translation provided by moderator: very useful tips, recipes wonderful – congratulations! )

  3. any type of muffin mix can be made up completely and placed in a small tub then into the refrigerator. the secret to fluffy muffin is to just bare mix it, to just barely mix to moisten only. this pre-made mixture will keep about ten days refrigerated.

i’ll look up my old recipie on how to make a fermented batter that will last indefinitely, well about a month before needing to refreshen it. this batter is fermented and has no alcohol in it. been a while since i made it…..;)
