    • Where is the recipe for the pictured peach dish? I checked all but the oatmeal ones.

those are peaches & cream crepes, just make a very basic crepe recipe, add fresh sliced peaches, a dollop of fresh whipped cream and fold over. It makes a great brunch!

      Basic Crepes:

      1 cup all-purpose flour
      2 eggs
      1/2 cup milk
      1/2 cup water
      1/4 teaspoon salt
      2 tablespoons butter, melted

Combine flour, salt and eggs, beat in remaining ingredients. The batter will be very thin and runny, use 1/4 c. of batter per crepe and fry like you would pancakes. Crepes are just super thin pancakes.
