  1. Corn Syrup is a thickened food syrup. It’s not like Maple syrup, it’s clear. It’s used as a thickener, sweetener and humectant- (meaning it maintains moisture & freshness). You can find it throughout the US & Canada in the baking isle of your local grocery store. Alternatively, if you don’t have it available where you’re from, you can make your own.
