1 T cornstarch
1 & 1/2 tsp water
1 & 1/2 tsp cold cream
food coloring
Blend all together, then add drops of food coloring for desired color.
To Apply
Wash & Dry your face, (or any skin area that you will be applying the make-up). Apply as you would any Halloween Make-up.
