Valentine’s Day Cinnamon Candy
1 c Brown sugar
2 Tbs Butter
1/2 c Corn syrup
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/2 c Water
Combine ingredients. Boil to soft crack stage (275 – 280 F). Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan.
When cool, cut in squares.

Pour onto parchment paper and while still warm, cut out in heart shapes using a buttered heart cookie cutter.
