Please be aware that is is not safe to give Honey to children under the age of 1 due to their immature immune systems and lack of natural stomach bacteria.

Remedy #3 Sage-echinacea throat spray

You’ll Need:
1 teaspoon ground sage.
1 teaspoon ground echinacea.
1/2 cup water.

Bring the water to a boil.

Combine the sage and echinacea in a small mason jar and then add 1/2 cup of hot water.
Allow the herbs to steep for 30 minutes.

Strain the herbs using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter and then combine with 1/2 cup hard liquor such as vodka or gin (skip the liquor if you are an alcoholic or prefer to avoid alcohol for any reason).

Place in small spray bottle and spray into throat every two hours or as needed.
