Toothflossing StringMints Recipe
1 Egg White (buy ready pasteurized egg white from the shop, rather than just using raw eggs)
12 oz Icing Sugar
3 drops Peppermint Essence
Liquorices Laces
Whisk egg white until frothy, and beat in sugar and essence. Knead. Shape into spheres by rolling between palms. Wrap in licorice laces. Cool in fridge.
