Thank you for putting together such a practical, budget-friendly plan! The variety this week is fantastic, and I appreciate that it’s not just the same basic meals every day. I tried the Breakfast Egg Muffins, and they were a hit with the kids (and so convenient for busy mornings!). Has anyone tried making a double batch of the soup to freeze for later? I’d love to know how it turned out.
