Baskets are frequently on sale after christmas or just before christmas. We recommend picking up a few during the seasonal sales so you have some on hand to create a quick, easy, last minute gift.
You’ll Need:
a Basket or Container
a Snowman or other Critter Jar
a Soup Mix of your choice
2 Soup Crocks
Carolina Firecrackers
The soup crocks can frequently be found at the dollar store for (yup, you guessed it, $1!). Place the soup mix in the snowman or critter jar. You can also add a set of wooden spoons or a ladle as well. Just arrange the items in a cute basket, medium sized stock pot or bowl, add a ribbon to finish it off.
To add the Carolina Firecrackers, Line the pot with plastic wrap and allow it to flow over the sides. Pile the crackers into the bowl, then gather the edges of the plastic. Pick them up, give it a twist to seal the crackers shut and place them in the bowl as pictured.
You could add a couple big spoons or a ladle, if desired.
