Diet & Exercise & My Goal

My goal is a loss of 25 pounds. I started a week ago and have lost 3 pounds so far.
I am simply counting calories and exercising.
I did 10 minutes of Wii Fit Yoga
I am going to do cardio at the Y with a friend
Tonight, I am going swimming with the family
I figure if I keep track here, it provides some accountability for me.
Something I really need to work hard on is drinking enough water. I really never do. I need to change that.
