So I've been thinking a lot at work.

I've noticed the ways you save and or lose money...

Getting anything to drink other than water or tea will lose you money. Those at my work get free refills. But soda, milk, juice are all charged for the refill. Soda is a $1 a can...And juice and Milk are $1.50 a refill so... you're best off just getting water or a free refill drink

But yeah... other than that, not much going on.

To add a bit to the thoughts above,
Getting anything to drink other than water or tea will lose you money.
Not only will you lose money for the expense of purchasing the items, but in health expenses as well down the road. It has been proven that drinking a single soda a day can add as many as 25 lbs of additional weight in a single year. This puts tremendous strain on the heart and could increase chances of diabetes. I've found that in our home we mainly drink water, water with citrus slices, homemade juices (Fruit or veggie), coffee, and various types of tea, some homegrown- & a few store bought.
