Wow I am tired !!!!

Ok so today has been pretty much a bust as far as getting anything done goes LOL !!!

I had to rush back to the E.R. at 4 am because Momma's BP was stroke level and they couldn't find a vein.

I stayed until 8 am came home and slept for a few hours but not enogh not nowhere near enough. So I am struggling to keep my eays open as I type this !!!

My back has been giving me fits again. I have no idea why either unless it's from sitting in all those uncomfortable chairs at the hospital.

I have done well on my eating today and am currently drinking some of my ACV ice water.

I am really trying to make good choices and eat smarter. I hope and pray to be successful at it because I know I am not healthy at my current weight !!!

I did my 50 jumping jacks today ! I just do some maybe 10 or 20 then when I am tired I stop and later on in the day I do more. It's working for me LOL !!!!

I still have to drink a whole other ACV ice water.

I am running behind on that I guess LOL.

I feel very good so far but I also know that usually I feel good for the first few days then I fizzle out. So I am really hoping that I will not do that again.

    Sorry to hear about your Mom...
    As for your back -- remember to warm up with Stretching Exercises, before you start your jumping jacks.
    Generally one will start with this list first.
    1) warm-up
    2) start stretching slowly
    3) Then they will work on their activity.
    You are really putting a strain on your body & (back) if you don't. Think back to "gym class" in school. They always did slow "Stretching Exercises" first. Stretching is the most often overlooked part of an exercise program. Make a certain time of day for this activity (And stick with it). Walking is another good exercise. Even if it's only for 15 mins. around the yard. Have the little one work with you on this program -- make it a game and he can be your coach as well. Bet the two of you at this can even do more.. I'm CHEERING FOR YOU !!! Keep up the good work..

    So sorry to hear about your mom. But I'm cheering for you too. Your giving everything a good try and your sticky with it. Way to go. JoAnn is right about the stretching. It really does help alot.
