Several options, Yoga has been known to alleviate sciatica, anything that forces you to stretch daily will alleviate some of the symptoms.
I would highly recommend searching online for a Massage Therapy school near you. Why, you ask?

Well my dear, in order for the students to receive their MT License, they must put in a certain number of hours of work. Hence, you may be able to get a free massage while they obtain additional experience. As a LMT I will say that it truly makes a difference to work on folks with varying conditions, and at the same time, I never once got a single complaint when doling out a free Massage.

Where you diagnosed by a doc? (In other words, do you know what form of sciatica you have? For example, spinal stenosis, or piriformis syndrome, herniated disc induced sciatica, etc) Knowing the actual Cause of your sciatica can help us give you ways to help alleviate your discomfort.

Wow thank you... will look into the massage school ASAP. No they have not told me what type but have said that it is sciatica. I did xrays and more xrays and still awaiting results. Thank you very much as I did not know that they were different types.
