In the scheme of things our worlds are very small. Our everyday goings about and the incidentals that can pop up. And do. Usually all at once. Or not. But, yet our worlds are our worlds. No matter how big or small... The triumphs and defeats, the ups and downs, the ins and outs are important to us.
While I'm here in my little world with a printer problem (self inflicted I might add) I think of the families of the gulf coast. Their complete worlds have been turned upside down and shredded apart. It didn't take me long to come back to reality. I am very blessed.
I am sure everyone is keeping these families, the workers, people helping out and all things great and small in their thoughts, prayers and positive light. Thank you for that.

I think of the folks we don't know but we pass by day after day. Suddenly one day you notice someone is missing. Yo wonder if they are sick or have they moved or what. Sometimes a major event happens. For me it was when the sky walks in KC fell. I was going to school in KC and working there and lots of folk disappeared after that event along my beaten path. Can't imagine what it was like for those folk up in NY City after 9/11 happened. I'm in Houston right now for a week and went down to Galveston but thankfully no oil there so far. I use to live in Ft Walton Beach FL and I can't imagine how they are cooping with all this oil mess. I wonder how many businesses will fail and how many will have to move. Yes, we are very blessed in these troubled times.
